Simple and Honest Pricing
Torvale Properties Ltd operates with a clear and honest pricing model for all sourcing and supplemental support services. Our professional fees are structured to be fully transparent, adhering strictly to official industry regulations and market standards. Sourcing & Acquisition Fees
• £4,000 per deal for properties valued up to £300,000.
• £5,000 per deal for properties valued between £300,001 and £500,000.
• For properties above £500,000, fees are agreed by negotiation.
- We begin with a friendly phone or video call to learn about your goals. We then research the market and present choices that fit your needs. You only pay the professional fee and progress to the next steps once you are happy with a property.
